After your initial consultation you will be sent a written quote, which is valid for 8 weeks. If this quote is acceptable then a contract will be sent.   The commision is confirmed when I receive the signed contract and the agreed deposit.  The deposit covers the cost of fabric, any work done up to the first fitting stage and, where applicable, any samples prepared. It also acts as confirmation of your order, making your booking a permanent one. This deposit is non-refundable.

I reserve the right to change the quotation after the eight week period. This is to take into consideration any possible price changes from the fabric and accessory suppliers.

The outstanding balance is payable in instalments as agreed in the contract, with the second payment due at the first fitting. These instalments, like your outfit, can be 'tailor-made' to suit your circumstances. All outstanding amounts must be paid in full on or before collection.

If due to unforeseen circumstances, you are unable to proceed with the order, any refund will be at my sole discretion. However, if the garment(s) has reached completion stage, the full payment will be required.
